Tapping Therapy

Tapping Therapy is a gentle yet powerful method that uses finger tapping on specific meridian points to help to shift unresolved thought patterns and support relief from anxiety, phobias, trauma, and emotional distress. This modality is based on Thought Field Therapy (TFT), originally developed by psychologist Dr. Roger Callahan.

John is trained and certified in TFT and brings his own intuitive, personalized approach to the work. In each session, John guides clients through targeted tapping sequences tailored to their unique emotional or mental challenges. By working with the body’s energy meridians, clients often experience rapid emotional release, increased mental clarity, and a renewed sense of calm.
