Rumination & Repair
Rumination & Repair is a gentle, focused process designed to interrupt repetitive, negative, or self-defeating thought patterns—often referred to as rumination. Based on a method developed by psychologist Beau Washington, this approach helps bring awareness to the mental loops that keep us stuck in worry, regret, or self-criticism.
When our thoughts become circular or obsessive, they can drain our energy, cloud our clarity, and impact our emotional well-being. Rumination & Repair works by helping clients slow down and observe these patterns with compassion, then gently reorient their attention toward more balanced, constructive, and empowering thought paths.
In each session, we guide you through a process that includes mindful awareness, reflective inquiry, and supportive prompts to shift internal dialogue. Rather than fighting the mind, we help you befriend it—inviting space for insight, softness, and mental freedom.
This work is especially helpful for:
Breaking out of anxious or obsessive thought cycles
Reducing inner criticism and mental overwhelm
Reframing limiting beliefs
Cultivating mental clarity and self-kindness
Offered remotely, Rumination & Repair is a calm, accessible way to shift your mindset and begin building a more peaceful relationship with your thoughts.
