Healing Touch

Overview

Healing Touch is a gentle, evidence-informed energy healing modality developed in the 1980s by nurse and educator Janet Mentgen. This approach works with the human energy field (biofield) to support relaxation, balance, and the body’s natural healing processes.

John and Kim are certified Healing Touch providers and offer distance Healing Touch sessions, allowing you to receive care from the safety of your own home.

What to Expect

Distance Healing Touch (DHT) is noninvasive and deeply calming. Sessions focus on restoring energetic balance, reducing stress, and supporting physical and emotional well-being - without force, analysis, or reliving past experiences.

This work can be received on its own or alongside medical care, therapy, or other holistic healing approaches.
