Developed by Ilene Myers, Beyond Somatics is a healing process that supports the release of unresolved patterns stored in the body, heart, mind, and spirit—even those you may not be consciously aware of.

We, John and Kim were trained in this modality by Ilene in 2023 and completed a six-month apprenticeship under her guidance. Since then, we’ve blended the core method with our own intuitive healing styles—offering tandem sessions that bring together our combined experience and insight.

Beyond Somatics is a deeply intuitive and personalized approach, designed to help you gently uncover and let go of old beliefs, energetic blocks, and internal patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
